Everyone who signs up is automatically sent an email after booking the appointment using tidycal. Link to join the meeting and all the necessary information will be found in the email.

The primary language for discussion will be in English. If participant desires so, discussion can happen in Hindi and Punjabi too. Other languages won't be possible.
